Said I wanted slacks with NO SKINNY styles. Lady only gave me skinny and aid they only have skinny pants. Walked right out. Not wanting it doesn’t mean I’m open to it

The clothes and shoes are great, but the prices, not so much. Even clearance prices are high. It's not designer. A t shirt shouldn't cost $40.

Love the clothing, but I would love to see the prices decrease. The prices for clothing here have skyrocketed, likely so they can still offer sales and not see a decrease in profits.

Don’t buy online from Torrid. They are ripping people off. After literally 17 attempts to get a $200 refund from a return they finally stopped responding. With each attempt they assured me the refund was being processed. I even filed a complaint with the BBB and they didn’t respond to them.

They have most of my wife's clothing, just the prices are a bit insane, however I've never bought anything that didn't last for awhile or seemed cheap.

My wife purchased some items online. They didn't end up fitting so she returned them. Torrid will not refund the money. We've called multiple times and were being told the refund is coming... that was 8 months ago. This company has gone downhill and is now worthless.

I have double charges and charged different order charges that are not being refunded. I tried emailing,calling customer service and calling the closest store to talk to store manager. Its being portrayed that the dm is too busy to call a customer back and the representatives say they see everything and yet there is no accounting department that can look into charges based on what I bought. Just be aware and check your bank statements and orders to make sure it is correct. This issued has not been resolved and its been over a month.

I made an online purchase on May 3rd, eta May 18th, why did I get an email May 22nd that they were just now packing my order? Three phone calls later I was told they were having delays due to switching servers at their warehouse. Why couldn't they have emailed letting customers know that there were delays and why did I have to go through 2 different call centers to talk to someone who could answer my question? Horrible customer service.

I have repeatedly had rough experiences coming into this store, but there is one particular staff member that has made my recent visits just inexcusably poor. This staff member has followed me very closely through the store before, asking question after question and making suggestions about my size and style that were unprovoked. During my last stop at the store, said staff member asked uncomfortable and unnecessary questions about my partner and I in an attempt to make a sale. Regardless of intentions, I'm pretty put off by it, and I don't think I'd be comfortable shopping there again. I've also just found out that if you order online there is still no guarantee that you will actually receive the items you ordered! Torrid waits to bill you until the order ships so that none of your items are reserved for you until you pay despite giving them card information, having an order number, and having the money available. They whip through styles so fast that it is impossible to locate anything in the right size/color/whatever. Im currently expecting the mf bottom half of a bright pink bikini now since the top half (which I also ordered) has disappeared from the app since I placed my order a week ago. Order is still just "In Process." Safe to say I'm not having a great time (:
