I love TSC, but my trip earlier this week was nothing short from unprofessional. I asked Cooper about a products reliability, in which he replied “I don’t know.” Then proceeded to be sarcastic with me throughout the rest of the transaction. The gentleman that helped me bring pellets out to my car was very polite and helpful though

I had a fantastic experience at Tractor Supply Co.! I recently bought dog food in bulk, and they gave me an amazing price. The staff was incredibly helpful, and I want to give a special shoutout to Josh for his excellent customer service. He made the whole process smooth and easy. I really appreciate the great deal and the friendly assistance. I'll definitely be coming back for all my pet needs!

When putting together a dog kennel I purchased from TSC in Mishawaka I Noticed I was missing the brackets that should have been tied to the panel. I purchased the kennel and the expansion pack to make a 10 x 10. The associate and I had a hard time getting them out of the Metal containers because the opening was facing toward the fence in the storage area. When I called the store the associate that answered the phone said He will have to put me on hold because he has 20 people in line. Then after a short wait Hindi answered the phone and proceeded to tell me that I just needed to call the company that made the kennel to ship you the brackets. I told her that I was just there Saturday and I'm sure if you look around you will find them in the yard. She told me that she is a manager and the person in charge of that area. To her credit I think she went back and looked but I would think she should just take the package off one in stock and reorder the backet. I can tell you she was rude on the phone, always cutting me off and if she was the manager of that area she should make sure everything is accessible and together.

We'll make a long story short I was accused of taking back a plow that was not the new one that I bought 30 days before hand.Manager and 2 guys in the back. I have plenty of pictures of this plow and I did call Corporate office and he will call me Monday morning. I spent 20 grand there in the last 3 years. I called the cops and he came there and went inside and then come out and said that she banded you from the property, so if you come back you will go to jail. I did leave the plow because the cop told me to go now. I'm not very happy about this at all. All them parts are the new plow parts she told me they were not. We will see because all parts have part numbers on them.

Limited boot selection and difficult to move cart thru clothing section. Very clean but not many employees around. Update- super nice checkout girl was so helpful today!

They better have the red cedar available right now I'm using pine I'm not liking the control that I have with using that I have tropical birds and I use that for the lining of their trays the red cedar helps control bugs better it smells great other than that TSC is great

I went in to pick up our new riding mower and needed to rent the trailer from the Niles location. The manager on duty on Ireland Rd felt bad about their trailer not being rentable that day. We had some issues with the mower and with all the issues we had the manager called Jordan out to help with loading my new mower on rented trailer from Niles. I joked about if I could have Jordan come unload from trailer and she said absolutely he can follow you and unload it to make sure it was working fine. Jordan went above and beyond to make sure that my new mower got loaded and unloaded perfectly. After he unloaded it he also made sure that I knew how to work it and what all controls were. I just wanted to tell Jordan thank you for his hard work and dedication to his job customer service was phenomenal. Jordan at the Mishawaka store on Ireland and bremen highway deserves a raise. And a superhero shirt.
