Spent 45mins on the phone with Verizon customer support. Only for my rep to not be able to help me because this store wouldn't answer their phone. I later tried to call them myself, but their number that's listed on Google is actually verizon corporate and not the actual stores number. I had to get their number by calling the Verizon that's connected to the mall. After acquiring the number, I had to call 5 times with no answer until finally they called me back only to tell me they were busy with a customer and would call me back in 45 mins to an hour. Needless to say I never got a call back.

What a disappointment. I placed an order over the phone for pickup at a local locker, only to arrive and find out the locker system was down. When I knocked on the door just minutes after closing, the staff acknowledged they knew the locker system wasn’t working and had my order, but still refused to help or let me in because they were already closed. Extremely frustrating and poor customer service.

For the past 5 years, I have not been able to access my account or had a representative help me with the matter. I went in store and Claura was able to help me resolve my issue. She did a really great job!

We had an issue with my wifes iPhone, we had to get a sim card for apple to be able to recover her apple account. Allison was very kind and helped us out. Such a great experience here especially since we were not local.

I had a scheduled appointment and cannot make it so I wanted to call the store to let them know. The link they sent me was for that store but it goes right to the main Verizon computer driven voice system that gives you nothing but a run around! WHY CAN"T SOMEONE CALL THE STORE AND ACTUALLY SPEAK WITH A HUMAN! WOW what a way to treat loyal customers!

Bryce was able to fix my phone issue when no one else could. I had been on the phone with Verizon for several different days for hours & hours. I walked in, explained the problem and he went right to work. In less than 30 minutes he had my phone up & running again. Thank you Bryce!

I was “checked in” and waited thru 5 people. After waiting for nearly an hour and a half, a couple got placed before me. I had to leave. I drove the 40 minutes home, watched 15 minutes of a show, and just got the text that my number is finally up.
The store is nice, looks like a great selection. I just need to turn in a form.

Why can’t i buy a sim Card, If ur terrible data fails on me then what else am i supposed to do?? service was so disappointing and u need an account admin to buy a sim? gtfo kroger lets u get them and they’re a grocery shop. Verizon’s a phone store just not to do their job 🤦♀️

Very very slow customer service. Came in twice for a very basic return and it was 40+ minutes before an employee even acknowledged me even though several employees were just standing around. Would not go back to this store.

Special shout out to Robert for helping us Friday! He ordered a hotspot for us that “would be delivered in 2 business days by 8pm”. Imagine our shock when we inquire about the shipping to find out it’s been on back order and isn’t expected for another 2 weeks! Super helpful and appreciated Robert! So glad we went to a corporate store instead of a retailer or reseller to get lied to - to our face even. Really appreciate it Robert!
