The representative(Kyle)on Dec. 26th. Flagged my account for fraud. He did not ask for my name, my drivers license nothing. He asked for my Verizon pin then proceeded to lie to me and say my pin was wrong. He turned me away for no reason. I went to the Verizon corporate store down the street. They verified my pin was correct. They got the flag removed. I upgraded my phone there added a tablet a watch and home internet! I guess it makes sense there was not one customer in this store but 50 in the corporate store down the street. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HONESTLY FOR NO REASON! Just say you don’t want to help! Don’t fraudulently flag individuals accounts. I have been with Verizon 17 years. They are investigating the matter.

If only zero stars was an option. I am still unraveling the mess this store created when finding me a "special promotion" when I requested to upgrade an old phone. Long story short, he added a new line and new service plan with a new telephone number none of which I knowingly agreed to. The "free" promotional Apple watch included also had a new number, new service plan, and new device payment plan that I did not knowingly agree to. None of the above was transparent even though I asked questions. I was there for hours because I was one of at least a few for whom this store could not successfully engage eSIM. It was obvious the representative did not have his full attention on my issues as he on his personal phone the whole time. It was his personal phone as he also had his work phone and tablet set aside. The added numbers, plans, and payment plan were only discovered after having to go to another location to get the new phone to work properly. I've now been on the phone with Verizon customer service and loyalty team for 6+ hours over 3 days to get it all undone. And, this store messed up other things in my account saying they reduced the overall bill and added free perks. None of the perks were free and the bill kept going up and up. Worst, shady service. Go somewhere else. Run!

Theft is the defining feature of this store. In fact, felony theft. Because I have receipts from this store, I will be pressing charges in the coming days unless I have resolution by Friday, August 23, 2024.
I’ve just filed a claim and a scam warning with the BBB and am prepared to go to the press.
Verizon Mishawaka Mobile Generation at University Park Mall, for eight months, you’ve had the chance to make this right.
So here’s the story:
1. December, 2024, traded in an iPhone 7 and two iPhone 13s. Verizon was running a trade in promo, with any iPhone traded in, the customer got a new 15 when signing a 36-month service contract.
2. Our 7 was sent to Verizon corporate and I received a credit for the new 15, essentially making it free.
3. The 13s never made it to corporate. Hmmm, wonder why? Perhaps they had some value to the salesperson or owner.
4. I went in for months, WITH my receipt showing the promotion for the 15s had been fulfilled. Yet, from December through today, I am still being charged as if I brought the 15s new with no trade ins.
5. Verizon corporate refuses to help because the University Park Verizon store is “an authorized retailer.” In other words, it’s incorporated separately, they don’t care, and it’s up to the store owner to issue a PCA, add the promo, and reverse eight months of overcharges.
6. Per several salespeople, our family is one of six or more families who had their trade in(s) stolen and not credited to their new plans.
I’ve filed a complaint, and have uploaded receipts, to the BBB. And, since we are approaching $1700 in overcharges and I have proof/a receipt from the store, I will head to the Mishawaka Police Department and file theft charges against the owner, his store, and its agents.
There should not be a one to five star ranking when theft is involved. This store should be shut down for theft and fraud. The store owner and Verizon corporate have lost their moral compass.

Nice job getting me set up with a new phone. Process was much faster and easier than I've ever had before thanks to Ian and the team.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Brandon at this retail store. In February, he helped me set up new phone lines, promising that the smartwatches would work seamlessly with the phones and didn't require my phone to function. However, when I received the watch, I discovered that it was an incorrect model with a different IMEI number from the one listed on my account profile. When I took the issue to the corporate store, they confirmed that there was an error and told me that Brandon would need to fix it.
After waiting a few weeks to calm down, I returned to the store with Brandon and explained the issue again. I asked for him to fix the problem and provide credits to my account since we were paying for a service that wasn't functioning.I kept the conversation brief with Brandon. surprisingly handed me his personal phone to talk to a representative on the phone. Which was unprofessional due to his notifications being displayed for me to see. During the call, I expressed my concerns and issues to the representative, who then put me on hold. Brandon became confrontational and raised his voice at me, despite me remaining calm.
When I asked him to stop raising his voice and provide proof of the changes he made, he continued to deflect my questions and eventually admitted that he didn't submit the change and there was no change to our account. The experience was unprofessional and unacceptable, and I would not recommend this office or Brandon for assistance.

I went into this store looking to purchase a screen protector for my 2 year old phone. The representative I worked with tried to sell me a new phone instead, which I get, he's a sales guy. The problem I had is when he tried to tell me my husband's phone was so old that Verizon would be disconnecting it in a month. Well, we haven't been notified of anything like that. Then he proceeded to tell me we'd also be forced to upgrade our phone plan at the same time. Needless to say, I left and won't be going back. I will also tell others to stay away. Scare tactics are not a good sales pitch.

Worst experience ever. I love Verizon and have been a loyal customer for over 17 years, but this location is bad! Spend 3 hours, ended up changing plan I didn't want, over paying by $200 each monthly bill. Also lost my free hot spot, which I said was very important to me. And I was told differently on the total of my bill. On top of that, I had my home internet disconnected because the associate couldn't connect to the new box. I have been made fun of because of my long last name, not professional at all. I felt like i was being reaped off. It's not a real verizon store, and it's a shame to Verizon to work with them.

Poor customer service .. employees would rather just sit around and sing along to the music as they pretend to be working on whatever they trying to do because they don’t know what they are doing. Definitely need management and training asap!!!! Was there 2 times this week and they are clueless !!

Sadly I can't leave 0 stars. It's been a long time since I've run into a customer service person lying to me after me questioning him several times but it looks like this Verizon branch is going old school. I went here to add a line and upgrade 2 devices and I was offered a "free" I-Pad and Apple Watch. I questioned the sales consultant 2 times to make sure there wasn't a charge for either of these products and asked a third time if there was any benefit to not taking these products and he said no, they are free. This, of course, was not true, there was $10 a month added to my bill for the I-Pad and $5 a month added for the watch He also offered me the warranty protection and I declined it 3 times only to find out that when I checked the account the next day it was slipped in there. When I went to return the watch and pad I was charged a $50 each restocking fee because I opened the package. Nothing was ever signed for all this. I plan on contacting everyone I can at Verizon to complain about being lied to. They tried to push me off to the next day so we could talk to Conner or Colin, whatever his name was only to get there and have him avoid us completely.

Brianna really helped us out today. I came in with a SIM card issue, and we ended up leaving with an upgraded phone and adding a line because of the great customer service. I had no clue I was on an old plan with 4G instead of 5G. Brianna also stayed a little past closing to make sure everything was secure with service. Highly recommend her if you go to this location!

Today I went in to add three new lines with three new phones all needing a transfer. Jared was very helpful and patient throughout the whole thing. He helped with every step, made sure we had everything we needed including cases and screen protectors (which we all know are a pain to get on!)

Aaron is an amazing person that is truly representative of what customer service is all about. He did a great job walking us through all the things we needed, answering all our questions & offering guidance to things we were unfamiliar with. Thank you, Aaron!
