I went today to return a heating pad that said walgreens on it. The lady was sitting behind the counter told me I couldn't return anything without a receipt. I asked if I could get a store credit, and she again told me I needed some kind of receipt. After I left I checked Google for their return policy and it says I can return something without a receipt and get a store credit. Clearly, either the lady didn't know what she was talking about or blatantly lied.

I love the entire staff of this store. I also really appreciate that it isn't over crowded with stuff. And I also am thankful that the flooring is not carpeted and harboring bacteria.

I have gone 4 times and the lady was rude (didn't want to enter a coupon), then got the pharmacist involved and he was just as rude. Ended up leaving without rx. Have tried to return twice and there is a sign closed due to no Staff. So sad!!!

Always out of a prescription and never have it when called in, staff lies to you and tells you your scripts will be ready then not. Definitely avoid!

Excellent service in their fully staffed pharmacy. I walked right up to the window without a wait at 11:30AM on a Saturday. They were very quick and willing to help. Their competitors had long wait lines and were very much understaffed.

I can't say enough good thing about the pharmacy staff there. Feels like a local personally owned pharmacy everytime I go in. They are so quick and go above and beyond expectations. They really care about their customers and I feel so lucky to live close to this place!
