Dr Naing may have saved my vision.I had gone to Walmart on Saturday for a standard eye test to get new glasses. While examining my eyes, Dr Niang found what looked to be a retinal bleed in one of my eyes.He recommended an ophthalmology clinic to have my eyes checked more thoroughly. I was given an appointment the Tuesday following the visit with Dr Niang and treatment was arranged for me two days later.I can honestly say I would definitely trust Dr Niang with future eye exams - and Walmart not only has a quicker turnaround for new glasses than many optical centers, but their prices are reasonable as well.I highly recommend Walmart Vision Center.

I bought my glasses here but everytime I come to pick them up they’re closed during business hours. When I call to ask if they’re open and saying I’ll be there, they’re closed AGAIN. At least they had a sign saying they’ll be back but getting my glasses during business hours shouldn’t be this difficult nor frustrating.

What a great experience! I needed an eye exam just to be able to order more contacts. I called around and Walmart was the cheapest. I decided to go here even though I was expecting a bad experience. I was surprised—everyone was friendly, they got me in quickly, and the Dr was wonderful! He listened, he was fast, and he was helpful. I felt like they knew me. I would recommend going here!Edit to add: this optometrist does not work here anymore. I haven’t visited since the change, so I’m not sure what it’s like now.

Terrible service and glasses. I received my glasses yesterday. I can see out of the left lens but the right lens is very foggy and cannot see clearly. Will be taking the glasses back today and ask for a refund.

I've been wearing glasses for over 40years and while the staff and dr were very friendly the exam itself seemed very abbreviated and generic from the time I started to fill out the forms until the exam was finished took under a half hour

The doctor and the staff were very very kind to me and took very good care of me I recommend them highly I will continue to come to this eye doctor, very pleased with the quick service in the kindness of the doctor and the staff

dr is a quack!!! appearently my eyesight improved w age!! speaking of quacks, the lady who did my pre-exam talked about ducks and chickens for 15 minutes before beginning. got lectured later for 20 by some lady about wearing my contacts to bed ( like i dont know)i shouldn't

Purchased 2 pair glasses with second pair sunglasses. I asked for dark grey gradient tint. I was quoted approximately $305.00. When I got to the register, the price was $396.00. The associate denied quoting me the earlier price. When I reviewed my receipt I saw I had been charged for grey polarized lenses which were $60.00 more than what I ordered. There had been no discussion about water, glare, or the need for polarized lenses. I didn't appreciate the con job. The associate that assisted me for my refund offered to redo the order the way I wanted and was quite nice but I was too aggravated with your company to reorder the sunglasses.

I have been going to this Dr for going on 10 years now. For insurance reasons I tried other places but never got the customer service I was used to from here. When I returned the Dr even remembered the conversation we had 3 years later when I finally did enough shopping around for places that took my insurance. I'd rather pay out of pocket to go here than go anywhere else.
