SCAM! MORE EXPENSIVE THAN REPLACING THE PHONE!!
Poor screen install caused crack that they won't cover!
Replacing the phone: $125
Wireless Toybox screen replacement: $171
Since it was a work device I needed to repair it.
Work phone only for 2fa. Glue all over I couldn't get off the edges of the new screen. You can see that it was installed unevenly.
The new screen started cracking after 3 months of sitting on a desk in an otterbox that I installed before leaving the store. The phone did not leave my office and was only even picked up a few times while powering on/off. No calls or texts, no app usage, just 2 taps for 2fa here and there.
They refuse to stick by their work unless you get their 'insurance'. Who the hell thinks they only have to guarantee their work if you pay monthly? SCAM
Edit: Nope, he told me on the phone they only cover cracks if you get 'insurance'. He installed a screen that cracked because of how it was installed and is STILL trying to call it physical damage. YOU DID THIS.
SHAME ON YOU

Amazing experience. Traveling through from Florida in a motorhome. Wife cracked screen on an S10+...much older phone. Kilal bent over backwards, found a new screen locally and replaced it in 2 hours. Very nice, very professional and very knowledgeable about cell products. I wish we had a place like this near home!!

Terrible experience . They charged us $700 to fix our phone (front, back, & charging port) only for it to lag and the gps and charger to not work. Went back and they told us there’s nothing they can really do. I complained more and came back a THIRD time & they put another screen on my phone saying that this one was better and then TWO days later, dropped my phone not even a foot off the ground with a new screen protector and my case on it and it completely shattered and the screen turned black and yellow & would not turn back on. I had to go finance a new phone through my phone company. I am out of $700 plus I still owe $800 on the phone. It’s my fault for trusting this place. Never take your devices here to get fixed, especially apple products.

If you have a iPhone I don't recommend. I took my phone in to get fixed and the screen didn't match and very different from the original screen. It caused my phone to move slow and After less than a week my phone screen cracked due to the placement of the screen. If you get a warranty it doesn't cover anything so it's pretty much a waste. I paid $260 and added a warranty that is pretty much useless.

Love this store! Their willingness to help people is amazing. So much cheaper than other places and if you are not happy with anytbing, you need to just talk to them. Very fair and honest place.

Was quoted $320 for an iPad Pro 12.9 screen. No screens were in stock. When I came back the following week, they only had a “premium” screen for $380, a more than 18% up charge. This premium screen is the worst tablet screen I've ever had. It takes longer to clean the fingerprints off of it. It’s more reflective, so it’s harder to see with bright lights above. It doesn’t get as bright, so it’s harder to see when sitting outdoors even in the full shade. The color tint is cooler than normal, so whites look bluer. The edges of a full white screen have a slight purple cast. A block of white next to block of black sometimes has a slight red cast. Colors sometimes shift when moving, e.g. white on black text can look bluish or greenish while scrolling. Sometimes when scrolling there’s a weird flicker in parts of the screen. The brightness is not consistent around the middle point -- there's a glitch around the middle setting where setting the screen brighter makes it dimmer and vice versa. This can make the screen unexpectedly flash when auto-brightness is enabled. There are several places where touching the screen or holding it on the back causes dark spots to appear. If I knew the screen was going to be this bad, I would’ve bought a screen protector for my cracked screen or bought a new iPad. The lowest end iPad would’ve had a smaller, but much better screen at a lower price. There is nothing premium about this screen other than the price.
Good: Friendly service, was ready when promised
Fair: Workmanship. On two sides of the new screen there are gaps wide enough that I can fit my fingernail between the screen and the body
Bad: Screen quality
Terrible: Upcharge for a lousy screen

I was referred here. They took a lot longer than both of their quoted times but really did try to take care of me.
We ended up going a different route but I would give them another shot if we were in a similar situation.
Thank you.
