“Nathaniel made mine and my boyfriends night! He was so helpful but not pushy and killed it on guessing our sizes and having fun with us. I am plus size and didn't think I would have options there (which is why we don't go in often even though my guy loves it there) I ended up finding stuff I loved which I attribute to Nathaniel being so easy to talk to. Pay him all the money, give him all the bonuses because he's genuinely happy to be there and that's not easy to find!”
“Cute clothes here, but, I just got these boots, they're on display out front right now (May 2023) and they're the SPARKLIEST cowboy boots. They're beautiful. I'm going to see Taylor Swift in a few weeks, and these are the PERFECT boots for the occasion. Had my size, no problems there, and the girl was sweet but brief about helping, which was in my opinion, very nice!”
“Have been buying from the Loft for years. This location while a bit smaller then the others I've shopped on the East Coast, was quite well stocked!Staff was all quite helpful and friendly.The displays were all neat and nicely folded.The store was clean too.The bench in the dressing room could desperately use being reupholstered.”
“I went to this store to return an item and they scanned the ticket and item and could not match it for some odd reason. Judy attempted to help by typing in the items number but said my item was a pair of dress pants (what i was returning was a nike crew neck). I denied and tried explaining my family does NOT use dress pants haha. She also had me type in a phone number for the return and told me it also did not work. Left the store a little bummed because that was the only receipt i had for the item, and it didn’t make sense to me how it didn’t work. I left the store and I looked the item number up myself and it reflected the nike crew neck i was trying to return.
I returned to the store about 15 minutes later to show them. Luckily a lady named Veronica was there to return my item and match up the items number and scanned it and figured all out for me. Her service was exceptional and she tried various ways to figure out the issue. She made it so easy and explained everything to me, honestly still not sure why it was a hassle to begin with lol BUT i left so happy and so impressed my veronica’s knowledge, experience and service. She was super kind!! Really only wrote this review for Veronica. Give that girl a raise, she was awesome !!”
“This is meant to be a general review rather than this specific store. I love the clothes here. I consider my purchases at J.Crew to be investment pieces as they’re more expensive than i generally spend but higher quality. I hate that the physical store isn’t size inclusive and returns are an expensive hassle.”
“A little disappointed in the overall selection, as well as a sale tactic. Saw a shirt I liked, then noticed the sale price was buy one, get two free. Would have been great if I wanted either three of the same style shirt, or if they had more than 3 colors to choose from. I passed. Did buy two others. Sales staff was nice and friendly enough.”

Was in there last week and was helped by a lady named Jessica looking for a specific top I had seen on the app for my daughter, she was nothing but helpful and kind finding me the top. She greeted me with a smile and was friendly the whole time. These are the best kind of employees to have at a business. I will definitely shop here again! Thanks Jessica, you need a raise!”
“I am amazed how they have turned this place around. In the past it was always a dump. Clothes thrown everywhere, dirty floors. I never wanted to walk inside after my experience a year ago by the messy filth. Now it's organized and clean, super friendly sales people. Hats off to you for straightening that mess. I have told many friends to go there and I now shop there also.”

“Sold clothes but didn't shop. Everyone working there was friendly. They were pretty quick to go through what I brought in, giving me enough time to run a few errands without having to wait around. I'd say I was paid fairly for what they took. I wish they'd give an explanation for what they send back though.”
“The new management and employees there are amazing! Each and everyone of them are so nice! Im glad that the older employees are no longer there! I would come into that store before they had all left and either they didnt help at all or they did. These girls take their time to talk to everyone! They actually check to see if the item is available online first before putting it on a gift card for a even exchange! They definitely deliver! I will never understand how they drove business prior to their last group of employees! When the manager started there i remembered the previous employees would talk so much smack pertaining to her body, when it shouldn't be that way! Doesn't matter what you look like! If they are willing to help you, you should be greatful for that! Plus she fits in the smallest size they have! They have a bunch of clothes pertaining to women medium to 6x, then they even have jewlery and accessories if youre a small or an xs! Super nice staff! Overall I dont see why anyone would complain other then them following company policy! Please check them out!!! I havent had customer service like that in years and im 57!”

“decent selection, apparently their dressing rooms are not closed even though the signs say they are. if they are open, could you take the sign off? also it just kinda felt like the employees didn't care too much. I understand if it's difficult there, but it just didn't seem like a super great environment”
“Great experience. The clearance was quality, but the biggest thing that was 5-star quality is the customer service from a shorter tan woman with a super inviting presence. Love her!”
