“My husband stopped by today to pick up a few normal items. On his way out his power steering and brakes went out. He also broke a serpentine belt. He pulled back in and went in for help. His vacuum pump had failed. The guys working on 8/24/2026 around 4pm helped him figure out the needed parts, drove to Bedford to get the belt he needed, offered him tons of tools and a step ladder, and even bought him a drink while he worked for 3 hours. 100% top tier customer service. It really restores your faith in humanity to have people try to assist you the best they can. These guys helped puzzle out the problem and lent him the tools to help him fix the problem while in the parking lot. We will always shop here. Mitchell store is the best and had the best employees!
