This makes me very sad as I used to travel from Bedford to go to the Mitchell store, however something has changed. Tbere are messes everywhere, shelves not stocked, POOR customer service. Something needs fixed, it was wonderful and now horrible. Bring Bobbie and her crew back¡

The last time I was in the store service was poor and the store was dirty and boxes everywhere. It sure isn't the same since Bobbie and her crew left. Will not shop there again will drive to Bedford or elsewhere. You all lost some good staff when they left.

I'll take the 15 min trip from Bedford to Mitchell for the Dollar Tree alone. It's worth it. They have everything I need every single time plus. More variety alot more choices and I have not met a single rude employee at the Mitchell location.
