They were fast to get someone out on a roadside call, but they milk the hourly clock and mark everything up. Would not recommend using this company for any roadside services.

I hope I never need anything from these people again. I took the truck in for an axle seal and the roll was destroyed but the axle was in good condition but they wanted to change the axle and that truck could have lasted up to a week or 2 in that shop... the lack of knowledge they have is impressive. The only reason they didn't put the axle back together is for insurance reasons and shit. I had to take the truck out of the shop on a tow truck, move it to a truck stop and wait for my boss to come from New Jersey 12 hours away to put the axle back together with a new seal and rolls and the next day at 9 in the morning I was back on the road.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. They installed injectors that were bad. 4 won't even code with the truck. The first injectors they ordered weren't even for the model engine but used them anyway. Two weeks and a broken truck. 5500 and I had to bobtail home to maine to try and get it fixed.
I'm probably be going out of business because of Knowles. I would recommend to all drivers, not just mercer, please find someone else.

Prompt service of issues we found when we came to retrieve a company truck that had been left there for a while. Very polite technician and of course it was after hours on a weekend but the technician was still very professional.

Excellent Service!! Techs are quick and VERY thorough with repairs. The labor bill was a little off from what was discussed, but it was made right!!!!

These guys I would recommend lot is a litte small,
But the service is awsome they know what their doing if not they wouldn't have a full lot for people to get trailer and trucks worked on

They don't deserve any stars. They charged $502.00 for making an 87 mile round trip and the only thing they did was replaced the bad tire on the trailer withe the spare that was under the trailer. They should be ashamed to charge that much. They didn't even have to get their jack out or remove the wheel all he did was have me back up on some boards so the outside tire would be off the ground and replaced it like that.
