I have honestly held off on giving this review for a few months. About 4 months ago I had a few bad experiences ranging from not being open 30+ minutes after open to them trying to charge me nearly double for a sandwich as I can only assume they made it wrong and hoped I would not notice or just flat out could not understand me.Again today, I tried to give them another chance after not stepping foot in there for nearly 3 months and driving to Bedford to go to those Subways. Again, no one there, door locked. I ended up staying until 8:54 before I had to get to work myself.Google says Open at 8:30Door says Open at 8:30Subway App says Open at 8:30Would be better for them just to find a new opener or say they do not open until 10 if they can not find reliable employees. That, at least I would, be more understanding and respect the fact that they Open when they say they are to Open.I use to work at a Subway in college, and when we worked the Open shift, that meant getting there 30 to 45 min before Open to do food prep for the day.

This store refused to give me my food from a DoorDash pickup order because I wasn't a dasher. Waste of money and time

I went to this subway because I was traveling. I ordered on the app then walked in. I told them I ordered on the app they informed me that it was busy and you're ordered wouldn't be ready for 20 minutes. I said it's busy? No one was in the store and there were 3 employees. So they started cleaning while I waited. One employee started my sandwiches just 2. Then he informed me I can't watch him make them. I said ok really. It's clear glass I couldn't help it. I think they were mad I BOGO on the app. Thank you subway. Finally done.

Went through the drive thru and they got our order wrong. We could not understand the guy with his accent but he gave us our money back. Then he refused to give us any sandwiches even for money. Did not seem to understand us. So we left hungry and aggravated. Will not be back.

The food is good, the service is good. My only complaint is they are not open with the hours posted. They are not open for breakfast. Other than that awesome place.

I gave someone a gift. Days later they returned it to me unused. she said they were mean and condescending. she would never go back. I had been there before but I have thicker skin. Today I found them to be the same. Additionally, they wouldn't accept my coupon even though it was current. told them I would never retur. Its a shame. I like to support local business. I will drive 10 miles to be treated like a human being. My advice is to do the same.
