Horrible spot I had a dirty truck full of broken glass and dirt. When I Asked to speak to the manager. He said they don't check the trucks. Even went to say I could've taken a homeless person. Very unprofessional and rude.

I didn’t want to even give 1 star. We made a reservation for a truck that was supposed to be guaranteed for pickup today and when we drove to Mitchell from Bloomington to pick up the truck there was no truck and no one was there! Thank goodness we found one in Bloomington and so now we are driving back to pick up a truck. Thanks for nothing…..would not recommend to ANYONE!

We needed a super short term rental on a U-Haul van and was able to book one at this neighborhood dealer pretty quickly. The rate is only $19.99 each hour plus some minor add on fees + cost of gas. The check in + out process to get the van was very simple, although the parking lot that this store is located in is a pain when it comes to parking - there is a busy grocery store that has a lot of patrons competing for parking spaces and we ended up having a really tough time when we came to drop off the van, trying to squeeze into a parking spot in the corner as it was the only one available when we arrived. The total of having the van for a little over an hour ended up being just under $30 - not bad.

Office refused to check in equipment during office hours. App check in failed and it took 3 calls and a regional manager to get equipment checked in. Then they tried to charge a fee for late equipment/after hours check in. ALWAYS TAKE PICTURES when dealing with these people.

I rented a truck for a one-way drive to help our son move to Daly City. I arrived after hours (they close early). I accidentally locked the key in the truck. I was to blame for that, but I figured getting a u haul locksmith to come out the next day wouldn't be a problem and I agreed to pay their fee of $150. No issue with that. The problem was it took them 5 days to deal with it and several phone calls to their office and finally an area manager. I left messages for 3 days and only got a returned call after I left a message and emailed the area manager. Magically, the issue was resolved the next day and my contract finally closed out. They seem very disorganized and with no return calls for 3 days, very poor customer service.

Dropped the truck off nearly identical to how we picked it up and they wanted to charge us a cleaning fee saying it was dirty. My husband decided to clean it himself a d not pay them their fee. We swept it out thoroughly before dropping it off and I know it was clean! Not too thrilled about that. Felt like a way to get more money. Idk but I know we won't be using them again.

Went there to get a moving box for my big screen tv. Guy says they don't carry them and suggested I go to ups. Instead, I went to a different u-haul and got one.
