We got meat thru this place on a fundraiser. That was in May. Just now getting our order which gets handed off to too many hands before it gets to the actual purchaser and then they short me on my order.
Thank you!
That was for a contributor towards this fundraiser that I had to explain multiple times why it took so long and why he is not getting all his order.
The little chain created to keep anyone from being held accountable was clever!
Was never a customer. Definitely will never be! Your process is extremely slow.

The last two time where horrible.the meat was cut wrong,bone fragments in almost every piece and the vacumed bags all leaked ..every one.. if you take your own meat there you will get robbed for sure.. total garbage and Like most of y'all WE WILL NEVER BUY OR GET PROCESSED FROM THESE CROOKS AGAIN.GARBAGE I SAY ..

Update:The owner reached out and apologized for their former employee’s work. We’re just now getting through all of the ground beef from 2021 and we are not impressed with quality, but thankful for small businesses who do the dirty work that we don’t want to do.Times were tough during Covid for small businesses and finding quality employees is not an easy task, so based on all the other good reviews and the kindness of the owner, we’re changing our opinion and will give them another chance in the future.Careless processing and packaging. Styrofoam (why and from what?) in one pound of ground beef. And I have no idea why or what that discolored package is in the first picture but ?

1/3 of this roast was fat as were all the roasts and steaks we got. Unsatisfactory with what we got.

Excellent experience all the way around. Everything about the processing was explained in advance and ready in less than a week. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and explained all the packaging options on Friday. I was called the following Monday and told my order would be ready to pick up the following Thursday. I arrived Friday at noon (EST) and was back on the road 20 min later. I was both shocked and amazed that everything was already vacuum-sealed and every package clearly labeled with the contents.I wish they were closer, but I'll definitely be back! Highly recomend...

Excellent butchering and processing for both lamb and beef - haven't raised pigs (yet !) . Very willing to try to make new products - different cuts/smoke/cures etc. Easiest and friendliest processer to work with that we have found based on our experience with 7 processors in two different areas of the country. Excellent service and can trust them completely. Processing and butchering can be a brutally hard job and they deserve a huge amount of credit for doing it so well. As always in any business with lots of employees, animals, and different moving parts, things can go wrong, or not turn out perfectly, but clear communication from the customer ahead of time is key, and for us they have always done their best to fix anything that has not been 100%.
