We have done business with the Ruble family as a whole for almost 10 years now. Some of the most honest, down to earth folks a person could want to do business with in our opinion. We’ve bought several units for our customer base from them and have had them delivered to our customer’s doorstep! Last memorable deal was a delivery during the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey that they still somehow managed to get delivered pretty quick! Very few truck dealers nationwide that we would refer a customer to and know without a doubt they will be done right and get a quality unit! They are family owned and operated and if they have what you want or need we highly doubt you could be in better hands.

This is the second Kenworth I've purchased from Nick at J. Ruble's. I've found them to be very accommodating and have very fair pricing. I had the truck stretched from a tractor to a straight truck at their on-site shop along with rearranging of the fuel tanks and battery box. Their workmanship was fantastic, if I wouldn't have seen it before I would have never known the frame was lengthened. I am super happy with my purchase and will drive the 3 1/2 hours each way the next time I need a truck.

I just don't understand their prices. Not saying they are crooked guys or misrepresenting what they sell or anything like that, but every time I try to deal with them they are like 30 grand or more higher than what I end up spending for an almost identical truck.Example: Today they have exact style truck with a few less features (no full lockers, PTO, etc..) than what is on a truck I just bought in Kansas. I bought this truck from a company like these guys for 45,000 and that came with truck and crane and flatbed (all removed and loaded on my gooseneck at no charge for me to take home) and these guys are asking for 72,000 for truck only. Now I am comparing apples to apples here, both trucks are within 5,000 miles of each other on odometer with same axles and same Allison transmission and like I said earlier, their truck actually has a few less features. The Kansas company I went with this time is like most others in the field, they also give the new paint and detailing with all minor leaks and things repaired too. I am not going to mention their name here because I don't want you reading this thinking that the real reason for this review is just to promote someone else. The reason I am motivated enough to leave this review now is because after attempting to negotiate on their truck today the salesman basically just called me all but a liar when I told him what I just bought my last truck for. I told the gentleman I would gladly share my receipts of the purchase price and the receipts from Arkansas company that did the conversion if he would attempt to get his price closer to what I just paid. After all, I am truly interested in the truck he has for sale. He just laughed and politely and professionally ended the conversation.Last year I had 2 companies in phoenix area beat them by around 30,000 on again, almost Identical trucks. I had the prices within 30 minutes of talking to these guys on the phone so it is not to hard. All I am saying is please shop around. And particularly to you dump truckers; buy the truck somewhere else and take it to a place that specializes in the beds for your axles and installation. Maybe even try these guys for the bed and conversion because I know they are not so far off the market on that part, its just the actual truck purchase part that is getting to me.It is just a little more trouble but after your trouble I bet you will still save at least 20 grand if not much more.
