I was so impressed with the workmanship that Coty provided installing my whole house water shut-off and water filtration system. He even made me a video explaining how the system worked, and how to change the filters. So professional and courteous. I will continue to use and recommend Gluff Plumbing. And a big thank you to Carter for making sure the gate was shut to keep dogs from getting out.

Al was very diligent and focused on getting our water back on. He stayed until 8:30 pm the first day and then followed up again the next day until he found the short in the well pump wiring. His helpers were kind and hard working too! We sure appreciated the dedication to customer satisfaction and quick service! I am definitely going to call him back for some more plumbing jobs we still have!

Fast service. We had a water leak and will need a new water heater since our’s was the source. Cody was extremely courteous and prompt. It’s a Friday afternoon and they will be here Monday morning to make repair. Fantastic!

Called for new build estimate. First they rescheduled the time without notifying me. Ok, no problem. Their estimator shows up and doesn't even ask the normal questions. Takes a call from the office while I'm in mid sentence, and proceeds to tell them another customer told them to "f" off right in front of me. Then they send a bid that is 100% more than any other I've received (18k to 35k not just a few hundred). Then have the nerve to tell me I owe $89 for them to come out and do a bid. This wasn't a service call. When I explained that they can't just decide to charge me out of the blue, she said she told me that before they came. They did not. I would have never paid to give someone the opportunity to do a new build bid. Now they're threatening me with court. Wow lol.

Gluff Plumbing is amazing!They came out to help us with our septic problem quickly. They were very professional and arrived on time.The office staff and owners were extremely helpful and professional.We were lucky enough to have the owner himself come talk to us. It is nice to see an owner out in the “field” talking to costumers. He really listened to our concerns and was patient with us as we discuss solutions.Gluff Plumbing we be the only plumbers we use! 5 Star Service!!!

We called to have them check our septic system as we knew it was compromised. It definitely was so we went with new system thru them. They were great from get go. They took care of getting permits & everything that goes with it. They worked hard & yet had time to explain system being put in.Definitely would use them again for other plumbing needs. System is working great & grass is already growing back on our mound system.
