“I went into this store for just a quick stop. The ladies working were so helpful in making sure I found everything I was looking for! I got up to the cash register to pay for my items, and realized that I was a few dollars short, I began digging through my bags, to put items back. The ladies told me not to worry about it, and they picked up the rest of my bill!! I began to tear up, and thanked them for being such wonderful people. I did not catch their names, but, this store is now a favorite of mine!!”

“I walked into this fine establishment with the hopes of purchasing an air fryer for the wife and kids. Unfortunately there was not an air fryer in the entire store! An air fryer was going to save my marriage but now Sandra is leaving me! Thanks Family Dollar, you ruined my life . But there was an employee, I think his name was Walter and he was very kind.”

“Is a convenient store don't have to drive 30 miles to get basic items but it wouldn't hurt to hire a few more employees and repair thier self checkout and update thier regular register as half the time you can't use card payment there's no reason in today's market that you should have to be cash only when hardly anyone carries cash anymore also would be great to get service at the register faster instead of a 20 minute wait due to they need more than one or two employees working daily there are two registers and a self checkout barely get one register working and if your buying tobacco products or anything behind the counter you have to wait until you can get an associate to the counter to check your ID so wherever the one person in the store is stocking shelves or unloading a truck who knows you'll be standing there awhile ...more help maybe a hire on incentive might help cure that issue”

“Happy with it's location on the west side of town. Prices are pretty good for the majority of items. Pretty clean inside and out. They have decent service. A little pain parking though, because the paint lines are hardly visable.”

“The power was out in most of the town so I stopped by on the off chance of them having the product I needed. Well not only did they have it, it was cheaper here for the exact product I normally just pick up at Wal-Mart. The customer service was phenomenal, the lady checking me out was wondful, answered all my questions PLUS gave me a $5 off coupon. I don't know about anyone else but with this economy I can use every penny I can get! I'm not sure what the ladies name was but I know she's getting ready to become a grandma. Anyway, hats off DG for hiring such a great employee!! I would definitely go back to the store and recommend it to anyone!!”
