Was told upon install by the tech that they would come out and move the modem for free if I needed it. Of course when we call to get it done it’s now $110 instead of free. All I got was “i don’t know why they said that” also I never get my gig speed that I pay for, MAX speed is around 700gb/s. It’s better than sparklight/newwave or any other competitor, but they’ll take advantage of you same as the other companies.
