I was not greeted at all when I walked in. I had to find someone when I was ready to check out. I went in for a gift card and when the transaction was finished, I said Thank You…to which there was no response from the clerk. I will not be back to the Monticello location as this was not the first time I had poor customer service

I love this store. They have very cute stylish clothes in average sizes. But the best part is they have the same cute skinny girl clothes in
plus sizes in the other half of the store. Things are well made and I receive many, many compliments on my plus size outfits. The clothing is reasonably priced. Most things are $30 or less. They offer cute jewelry and purses as well. I find that many of their outfits run one size larger so I suggest trying one size smaller than what you normally wear, especially if it has a stretchy material in it.

All of the summer clothes were gorgeous and Cato always offers a lot of clearance items so it is Def budget friendly! The staff are always ready to help you if needed and friendly and welcoming. I Def will return and recommend for all size shopping. They have a great plus size as well as average size selection available.

Loved the selection. I found a dress for graduation. The lady working was very helpful and kind. I loved the fact that they have larger sizes in footwear. Also the woman working assured me that if they didn't have to size I needed, they could order them. It's nice to be aware of options from the start. I will definetly be going back.

Just FYI, by not opening till later in the day, you're losing sales. Two people have tried the door between 12:30-1:00 and left frustrated.Additionally there's a bird in your store. You might want to watch leaving doors open.Frequent inventory changes means there's always something new. I almost always find something I like.

Clothes are great, prices affordable, but service was very disappointing. Upon checking out, my bag was tossed up on the counter rather than handed to me which has always been their normal practice. And we saw the customer before us handed their bag at the end of the counter as expected. It was fairly obvious that our whining 2 yr old had left a negative impression on the cashier, and the service we received represented that. I've shopped there for years and never experienced that. Disappointing visit.
