I have been a CVS Monticello customer for many years. The staff, especially Brandi the manager has always been courteous and helpful. Informing me of sales and to use my coupons. I like saving money! And I do at CVS.

I am visiting from out of state and decided to swing by this store. Staff were super amazing with a fantastic attitude. I hate that I didn’t get their names to give them the recognition they truly deserve.

The pharmacist is very thorough and takes time to speak with you about any questions or concerns you have and is very polite. Friendly staff, clean store, and incredibly efficient!

The pharmacist is extremely unprofessional and treats the technicians horribly. She threw medication that people chose not to take and when asked for a consult she was extremely rude and did not look at the customer. I was in with a mask as I might possibly have covid getting stuff I needed from the pharmacy and I was asked to leave the store. I was well away from everyone and again was masked. I will be moving my rx's from cvs due to Britney the pharmacist.

Profoundly incomptent and rude. On a recent trip to the pharmacy there I was told, adamantly by the person working that the medication my doctor had prescribed didn't exist. A quick trip across the street to the Kroger pharmacy and a 5 second search of their database revealed that it did in fact, of course exist, and they could have it in stock within a day or two. The CVS pharmacy is dangerously inept and obnoxious to boot.

Awful. Made an appointment for a COVID-19 test and didn’t even receive a notification that it was cancelled. I had to call in to be told, and was given no alternatives to what I could do. I’m pretty disappointed with the lack of communication.

There’s a lady (who I believe is named Heather) who has “helped” me the past few times at drive-up window who could not have been more rude if she possibly tried. I never write reviews for things, but these experiences with her were enough to write one. I truly feel like I’m extra nice to her, because I know what working customer service is like. But the attitude from her is ridiculous.

I love going to the Monticello CVS, the staff are always smiling, friendly and very helpful. You can tell they have great teamwork!! The manager is always working as well with her staff and beyond helpful! Finished my Christmas shopping there!! Thank you CVS!
