Great establishment & place to shop for what I need, however the employee “Jessica” is by far one of the rudest I’ve ever met while shopping. Constantly on her phone, I am never able to get checked out when she is working. I enjoy going here when she isn’t working as everybody else working seems to do their jobs incredibly well.

The Monon Family Dollar has very friendly and helpful employees. They offer a great variety of products. They had quite a few flower pots, at very reasonable prices. I bought 9 various sizes and they are holding up just great, 3 months later. I liked that there are thiner spots where you can punch the holes out for the plant to drain. They are always busy, which is not surprising since they are the only store around. Its a nice Family Dollar.

horrible store, messy, and not to mention the workers are all non friendly and don’t talk to customers. Why go here when there is a 100x better DG down the road!

Probably one of the most unkept dollar general's I've been in. And that is saying something. Upon entering the staff didn't even glance up but kept up in their loud gossip and conversation that made me glad I didn't have my kids with me. Upon getting to the check out, not one employee came to check me out. I ended up heading over to self check out. Once there was another person waiting, an employee begrudgingly checked him out. Leaving the store was hectic as it was so cluttered and dirty. We won't be returning.

Poor customer service. Upon checkout Cashier walks away stating she is on break. Sat my items down and left. Cashier sat in front of the store to smoke.
