The staff, the members and the class instructors.Everyone is always ready to help out a new gym member get the lay of the land and show them how to use the equipment.I have been working with the trainer Kathy for over a year and she helps keep me focused and helps to start my week off on the right foot.Come check us out you won’t be sorry.”

“Clean environment, friendly staff, other clients tend to stay to themselves. I greatly appreciate the \\\"woman's only\\\" room they have a few machines and mirrors, they also have a sauna in that room also. Fits my needs well, and definitely way better than planet fitness (in my opinion)”
