We were packed up and heading toward Florida towing our 40 foot 5th wheel when our break went out of my husbands brand new 2024 GMC truck. Luckily we were only in Delphi when it happened. We turned around and went to Hubbard's. We assumed we would have to wait and leave Monday or Tuesday but they had the part. It was a Saturday and they didn't have many people working. I explained that we were on our way and had to be there by Monday. The lady was so helpful. She said she would go back and ask a technician that was not even supposed to be there but stopped by. He said he would do it even though he wasn't technically at work that day. Within two hours we were back on our way to Florida. I can't say enough about how great the staff was and that they saved our vacation. Who would've thought the brakes would go out in a brand new truck.

Be very careful, they for some reason only choose to do business with the people they like. I was not able to get a tire repaired before they closed today because the two women in that department at the time took the time to insult and hang up on me instead of making the sale. Once I did speak to a manager I was told I couldn’t be helped today because it was too close to closing, but that’s because I was redirected and hung up on so many times. It was an odd thing to deal with when I was just trying to get help with my vehicle.

Absolutely the worst garage experience ever. Do not take your vehicles here they will rip you off. My fiance went 2 weeks without his car for a simple problem and there was a complete lack of communication and professionalism. Upon talking to the management, he was disrespected and at this point, there will be legal action taken. They did not communicate with my fiance about the problem with the car, did not give him an estimate and did not get consent to charge him almost $1000 unlawfully. I repeat, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

I don’t know about their sales department, but if it’s anything like their service department is…run the other way. Very shady. Zero communication. Though the work was completed, my son was not given an estimate, or even told what was wrong with his car. After two weeks of waiting and many calls from him to them, he finally got his car back, but had to pay almost double what he would have paid anywhere else. Had he been given the estimate, or even a phone call telling him what the problem was, he definitely would have chosen to go somewhere else.

The people at Hubbard's are amazing!! I called for an appt to have them look at my oil leak under my vehicle and the said they would look at it. Fixed the problem and called to say it was ready! ? Satisfied and Happy!!

Way way way too pricey. Estimate was $2,000 I had the exact same work done in idaville for $720.just goes to show you how.badly some people just rip of customers and take advantage of the community. So so sad

I always have good service from everyone I encounter there. Whether I’m dropping my vehicle off, paying for the services or being dropped off with the courtesy service. I have not encountered anyone who was unpleasant to speak to.

Husband and I stopped in Saturday and test drove used truck. We shared interest in purchasing the truck however did not have time to complete the sale. All paperwork was completed to get approved for loan. We were offered to make a $500 non-refundable deposit. We declined and advised we would be in contact Monday morning. Within an hour we received a voicemail that the loan was approved and they would see us Monday. About 30 minutes later we received a text message from the salesman advising the truck had a deposit put down by another customer. The salesman then apologized and stated he learned the $500 was refundable (had we been told it was refundable we would have done that). We will never go back to Hubbard after this experience.

The detail of salesman attention after the sale of the vehicle is ? wonderful. They were very helpful in assisting with a supply chain computer chip shortage. They helped me understand ? that the engine on my new Buick Encore is designed to operate efficiently on standard grade fuel. I'm looking foward to my first oil change & tire rotation. Finally getting the car body protectorant applied will be nice before hot ? weather gets here. Wonderful organization, they take care of their customers ❤!Dr. T. S. Brodar

Just had the best dealership experience purchasing a used vehicle from these guys. Absolutely a top notch organization from top to bottom and it’s noticeable as soon as you arrive. All the sales reps are friendly and courteous which reflects on the organization. Special shout out to Ron Byrd who made the 3 hr trip worth it to pick up my SUV ? and a high five ?️ to the ownership that makes this a great place to work for their employees keep up the good work.

As always, very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous staff was a pleasure to work with! Haven't done business with any dealership but Hubbard GM Center for the past 25-30 years and have no plan to go anywhere else. Another excellent experience with the ownership and staff at Hubbards!
