This is absolutely the WORST HOSPITAL ever. I, like most people have spent quite a bit of time in hospitals and the er doctor was way to worry about his PHONE GAME and not helping people. I waited for 2 1/2 hours on a bed in a hall way before leaving to go to Lafayette for the help I needed. I would never recommend IU FIND NEW DOCTORS!

ED visit was OK. Customer service that followed was so incredibly horrendous afterwards that I think I'd rather drive an hour than go here again. CS, billing and management are the worst I've ever seen at a professional establishment.

Absolutely garbage customer service and crazy level of incompetence. Cannot believe this level of lack of management exists in a hospital. Especially a hospital affiliated with IU. Absolutely shameful.

Some of the nurses there are a bunch of liars, waiting hours to hear about getting released or not. Yet the lady that cleans the rooms knew we were. Making us wait for no reason.

I was there because I tried to commit and they treated me like I had done something wrong. The nurses were also talking about what my situation was in front of other patients.

The hospital staff did a great job in helping me recover from my health problems and I'd be glad to go there for help any time.

I made the worse mistake ever by going here. All I received was medical gaslighting. Go anywhere else BUT here. I know at least 5 other people with horrible experience's as well, which I wish I would have known about before I went. I'll never step foot in this place ever again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Took my wife there last night. First visit to this ER. The staff was polite and efficient. Took care of my problem quickly. Dr and nurse were friendly and patient.

Went to ER for my 3 year old who had burns and my other two children. they turned her away from the ER becuse i had my other toddlers with me. they endangered the well-being of my 3 year old and neglected their responsibilities as medical professionals. Im so disappointed this.

Service was super good the first day and then the second day when wife was going to be dismissed terrible Service waited all day to get dismissed and they only check on her two times all day.
