“Extremely long overdue message but I want to recognize some employees at this location. I thought I would drive to this location as I heard the previous Manager and Asst. Manager from a Lafayette, IN store were now at this location. Upon arriving, I met with “Sam” (Asst. Mgr.) and then Janine (Manager). These are two of the employees I wanted to recognize and I was so pleased to meet with both of you once again! They then referred me to Ethan, hopefully he is still there. The young man helped me with my questions as I was a new user of the Apple phone. This location is now my “go to” T-Mobile store when I am in the area.
