Brian Smith and team literally saved the day. Twin Lakes has one competitor that I hired and was 2 months late and not responding. I called Brian and within a week and half they were driving steel (unheard of if you know Monticello). I don't think I ever heard his voicemail message because he picked up every time. We had several changes through the process that could have been a big deal but he made it so simple. If I have ANY future needs, Brian will be my first call!

this team did a great job creating my seawall. I would highly recommend them.

We had them put in a large patio. The installers were very nice and friendly. He also put in a sea wall with a double boat lift. Very happy with the work. He worked with us for 3 years before we decided to move forward. We are very happy with the job

Last October I called and talked to Rob and scheduled an appointment for him to come look at a small project on my boat dock. He did my neighbors project and it looked good. He came out was very friendly and took measurements. He said he would get back with me soon with a price. I had to call back in November or Dec and ask if he had the price yet. He told me he had been on vacation and would look at it this next weekend.."MAYBE"...hmmm I thought...what does "MAYBE" mean...oh well no big deal.I heard nothing all winter and I called his number again in early Feb. and left a message...no return call.I called again last week....4/20/2015...still no call back. This guy just recently purchased the business and I liked him but as of today I would not do business with him. He seems to be a person that knows how to install docks but has no business sense at all...in other words and installer that bought a business not a business man.A good business man would have somebody covering the phone and returning phone calls. If he didn't want the small job that is fine...just tell me. If he didn't like me.....just tell me. If he has more work than he can handle...just tell me. BUT a good business man would not just ignore a potential customer BUT an installer would!!!My name is Dan Feldhaus not Gerry Murray...not sure why Gerry's name may show up on this review. I live on Lake Freeman and have been in business since 1976 and would not give this guy the time of day now.

Bill was great to deal with. He did everything he said he was going to do. He handled the permits. He was finished before he said he was going to be done. I love the boat lift. Thanks Bill
