Brandon was very knowledgeable and helpful with me upgrading my very old Samsung Galaxy S10 phone. I'm a senior in my 70's and he took time to make sure I knew all features and differences with upgrade. Brandon is a friendly people person and made my upgrade less stressful. I will definitely refer folks to AT&T store in Camby Indiana.

After a horrid week of no phone service and dismissed by Camby store of verizon.. I urge ya all to avoid them. This morning desperate for a phone and decent people I went back to att in Camby. Braedlyn was exceptional, quick, efficient, helpful and calm. And saved me half on my monthly phone bill with a new phone...took him 15 minutes to transfer as opposed to 3 hours at verizon last October, yes I only had that phone 9 months wouldn't hold charge and kept getting run around. Did file a complaint with verizon, this was the store in Camby IN

This was a terrible experience. The staff were nice enough but we tried to get internet and cell service with them as we just moved here and we’ve used AT&T in the past for stuff but their new policies on credit checks was RIDICULOUS. we just bought a house with credit checks and no issues. But asking me questions about my IN LAW EXTENDED RELATIVES and what addresses they’ve EVER been associated with was absolutely ridiculous. I mean what does my brothers wife’s family have anything to do with me getting internet or phone service. Of course I couldn’t answer all the questions. No sane person with a life could. So I was denied service for answering questions wrong. Nuts. Switched to Xfinity and so much better service.
