The gentleman that helped me was sweet, personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He scraped my account looking for anything he could do to make things more efficient, answered all my questions about fiber, got my new phone square away in record time, and we laughed during the entire process. It was even a federal holiday but he and the lady that worked there seemed unbothered they were forced to work. I appreciated his time and efforts and will be making this store my new "home" for all things AT&T related.

James (sales rep) Jacob (sales rep in training) and Aaron (manager) all contributed to our AMAZING experience yesterday! We all know sometimes you can spend several hours in a phone store and these guys made it such a pleasurable experience. Very informative about products and fun side conversations with us while we waited made it very comfortable during the process! Thanks guys!

Went in to upgrade my phone and after repeatedly saying I wanted the 256 gigabyte iPhone 13 they ordered the 128 gigabyte iPhone 13. They said they're nothing they can do as far as making it right I'm stuck waiting for a phone that I'm gonna return so I can order a new phone to wait on it. Why can't you just have the higher gig phone ordered to the store so when I return the phone I didn't even want that I can get the phone I really wanted to order?? Not even a discount on my line for even 1 month I'm just stuck waiting for a new phone while my old one is shattered.

I went to the Camby Store to update my son's phone and get a new line and phone for my other son. When I entered the store, they were clearly busy, but I was quickly greeted with a "Hello! What can we do you for you today?" I appreciated the "Hello!" even though they all three were working diligently with customers. I had the great fortune to have Justin help me and my family today! He found the best financial option for my family with great charisma and care! Thank you so much for helping our family and ensuring our phone needs were met! We will be back when it is time for upgrades!

Levi was such a great help with getting my wife taken care of. She was having a problem with getting sims for some phones used for work, and he jumped to it and got those sim. Great store and great peope, everyone was so nice and welcoming

We went in initially for a phone upgrade and James was able to not only help switch our phones over, he also able to save us money on our monthly plan. As well as getting us our internet switched from our previous provider to a much lower price with a higher mbps speed.

The current workers really just seemed judgemental and unwilling to TRY to resolve issues. Try being the key word. I had an Amazon case and a cracked screen and the girl basically laughed at me when I asked about trade it deals. How else would I know about deal? I have no idea, I don't work in a phone store. "haha that phone is worth like $5 dollars." It really juat got worse from there as the "regional manager" jumped in to aid in the belittling as well to the employee too. Literally called him a bully to me after he walked away. Overall not a good experience and won't be returning to be judged and belittled. This store needs another Tyler apparently.

Very poor costumer service unfortunately. Came in to switch carriers and the lady wanted to upsale us even though online was giving me a different quote and so was customer service over the phone. She had told us they don’t have access to all the packages customer service or online has. Might try a different location or just stay with my carrier.

Went in to the Camby store to upgrade my iPhone. The staff was very helpful and the upgrade went smoothly. Ended up buying an otter box based on the employees recommendations and I’ve dropped my phone multiple times and would probably have broken it without the case.
