They ordered my part (and found and a promo deal on it!!), and kept it until I was done with the semester. They communicated with me and kept following up on my appointments and worked around changes my schedule. They we super fair and honest with the pricing, and I felt respected and informed. “I ordered a pair of front rotors for my Equinox online last week. They arrived today so I went to pick them up. I was waited on by a nice young lady who brought my order out to the counter. She said they were not the rotors that I ordered because what I ordered were not a good product. As a result, she gave me a pair of better rotors at the same lower price I had paid. If that isn’t great customer service I don’t know what is. I highly recommend the Mooresville NAPA to anyone needing quality automotive parts. Thank you!”

“I recently took one bricked stihl and one rough working stihl for repairs.
Russo, formerly Haltom, were straight forward, saved me money, and were timely with both machines.
They saved me time and money on my bricked one by diagnosing it and calling it DOA for no charge and they saved me time and money again on my other machine by replacing the bar, cleaning my adjuster, a giving a nice tune up turned it around timely. My old MS171 is running again with new life.
I am glad to continue recommending and will be glad to return to Russo for help on stihl products.

“Friendly employees, place looks great, clean. I also saw that a worker was by himself, and there was clearly two bathroom signs on the door and some guy in a hat bangs on the window multiple times. I saw from my car. Every one needs to go the the restroom and the worker shouldn't have to deal with that from other people”

I had some running around to do after dropping my driveshaft off, and didn't even make it half way home before he called to tell me it was already done!
