“Honestly, this was the first time I bought from here. There are some bonuses. Great prices. Don't have to pay freight. Parts are of the quality you would expect.. did I mention great prices? Check it out. It is a great, very reasonably priced local source for automotive body parts. Tip: call ahead, they will put it on hold and it speeds up the picking process. I was caught in a really bad situation after buying a used vehicle a couple of months ago, especially concerning potential frame damage. Luckily, I found Larkin Collision. In just a week, Steve and his team not only identified the root problem that no other shop in the area could, but he then went above and beyond in repairing it so the issue will not return for an extremely reasonable rate. “The GM, I forgot his name but he was wonderful. I got into a car accident with my significant other shortly after we purchased a gas pedal. He gave us a refund on the spot and seemed very genuine. The world does need more people like this. We met him yesterday the 7th around 11am. Due to his kindness, understanding and help, we WILL return soon. I’ll have my wrangler in due time and my boyfriend has a new car coming. We will make this store our first option while he’s here. Thanks for the help. “I get this location in Plainfield five stars. But if this was the location my part came from AKA LKQ in Southern Indiana I would probably give two stars. Horribly long wait times just for the guy to ask one question. And before I could explain anything transfer me back to the online store. This was after 3 days of trying to get a hold of them!!”
“I came in to sell my car and I had a great experience! I worked with Doug Solomos the KBB buying manager and he was very hospitable and kind. When I first arrived, the receptionist greeted me and quickly notified Doug that I had arrived. I sat down for about 5 minutes and was then greeted by Doug who gave me a run down on how he would look at my car and then analyze prices. It took around 30 minutes but I was glad he let me know. He was very elaborate and provided me with details and did not pressure me at all to make a quick decision once he told me the price he could offer. The price we ended up with was pretty close to the Kelley Blue Book price so I was very satisfied. I would definitely recommend that you work with Doug if you want to sell your car after taking a look at KBB. I really appreciated how kind and patient he was and how he thoroughly explained things to us! Also, the place itself was clean so I appreciated that. I can't say too much about the experience of buying cars but I saw that anyone who was interested in buying seemed to be heard and treated well :)”

“Buying a car at this location is a must. Doc from the sales team took really good care of me. He worked with me and my particular situation to put me in a vehicle that met my needs. He also went as far as to explain other opportunities as to where I could save money should I decide to trade my car in down the line. Overall, Doc took his time from start to finish to make sure I drove away in my new 2025 Pacifica with no questions unanswered. I highly recommend seeing him for the purhase of your next vehicle.
