“I came in to sell my car and I had a great experience! I worked with Doug Solomos the KBB buying manager and he was very hospitable and kind. When I first arrived, the receptionist greeted me and quickly notified Doug that I had arrived. I sat down for about 5 minutes and was then greeted by Doug who gave me a run down on how he would look at my car and then analyze prices. It took around 30 minutes but I was glad he let me know. He was very elaborate and provided me with details and did not pressure me at all to make a quick decision once he told me the price he could offer. The price we ended up with was pretty close to the Kelley Blue Book price so I was very satisfied. I would definitely recommend that you work with Doug if you want to sell your car after taking a look at KBB. I really appreciated how kind and patient he was and how he thoroughly explained things to us! Also, the place itself was clean so I appreciated that. I can't say too much about the experience of buying cars but I saw that anyone who was interested in buying seemed to be heard and treated well :)”

“The service team here is excellent! They're very responsive and knowledgeable, they go above and beyond to help you out. They are slammed with car repairs and patience is needed to get worked in, I recently had to wait 1.5 weeks to get my undrivable vehicle in, once it got in they were still behind but they kindly loaned me a vehicle so I could get around. They don't normally do this and I was very happy to receive it. They fixed my car and it was covered power train warranty and I was pleased to not have to pay anything!”

“They warranted the product to keep their word! After lifting my '13 F150 4" the long bar kit didnt reach. I contacted stifflers and they made it right! 4 star for stifflers making my bars the exact dimension of center to center and making it a pain to fit the new bars. I provided exact center to center dimensions and they provided bars that were that dimension fully collapsed. A little adjustability would have been nice.”
