The old lady with the bad hair in the drive thru was absolutely horrendous. Not a hint of customer service in her voice and instead of being greeted we got “what do you want” it’s nobody’s fault you’re working at a BK but you. Don’t take it out on people wanting some cheese sticks

What a joke. Lobby opened but they say it’s closed drive through only because worker left. Lock the doors if it’s closed.

Went through the drive through around 8:30pm. Asked what came on one of the burgers. Then we asked for two of those burgers but we made modifications. We only ordered 5 food items and one drink. We repeated the sandwich orders back to the person taking our order. They just asked if the screen was correct without repeating it back to us.. We repeated it 3 times to the person that took our order. We asked if she got what we ordered and she said yes. We pulled up to the first window. We asked the cashier to please double check our burger order. Because the screen didn't match what asked for. He said ok, let me tell the kitchen staff. The manager came to window snapping at the cashier and told him that isn't what we ordered. She said that I repeated their order back to them 3 times. The cashier apologized for his manager's actions and behavior. He said unfortunately, miscommunication happens. We said it is ok, we understand. The cashier was more professional and put together than manager, sadly. We received our burgers, only for the sandwiches to be cold and have the things that I asked for not to be on our food. I had two bottom buns. One of the buns had crusty, crunchy white stuff on it. In the time that it takes to scrape off the old product. You can make a new sandwich. We rarely go out, due to the economy. It was waste of time and money.I've worked in fastfood for 10yrs. I understand it is the holidays and most people are rude. I understand that you cannot make everyone happy. I also, know to treat everyone fairly. I hope that the manager is able to find her peace again, in fastfood.

Cold food ✅Stale buns ✅Cook that cusses and yells at the front counter when he has to do his job and cook food ✅Manager nowhere to be seen until a customer has a complaint then she has a snarky attitude like it's the customer's fault ✅This place is absolute trash and I'm amazed it's still open. ?

Older lady with the bangs was rude, no gloves kept digging her hand in the food bags then got mad bc I told her she forgot the fries. Also kept touching her face and whipping her hand on the back of her pants. Gross.

Everyone is very sweet and respectful! I love the smiling faces and the sweet greeting at this BK location! I normally only usually eat at this restaurant only because the staff is great!! Management is awesome here!! I personally have absolutely nothing bad to say about this restaurant!

All the staff are polite apart from the manager. I’ve been there twice in the past 2 weeks and she has a serious attitude problem.The first experience she charged me 16 cents a piece for a BBQ sauces. I’ve been eating at burger king for 25 years.. I’ve never ever been charged for a sauce lol. She also fills your cup to the top with ice, you get maybe a quarter of a cup of actual soda.Then for my second run in, I just picked up my family’s mobile order, got home and realized they had screwed up the order.. No big deal, accidents happen. I drive 15 minutes out of my way, back to the BK and I politely tell them they messed up two of the burgers. Girl tells me they’ll fix it and to pull around.Im greeted by the wicked witch of the west manager, she snatches the bag out of my hands, looks up at the screen, looks inside the bag clearly insinuating that I was trying to get free food. She then realizes it’s wrong says “oh my god” storms into the kitchen. Then she brings the correct food back and sarcastically tells me to have a good night. She clearly has stability issues and should take some classes on customer service or seek some form of therapy.
