So far, so good.My experience with the bankers has been satisfactory. I find their professionalism is the best among the most banks I have worked with.I do hope though that my widow will have the same experience when time comes.

I work 13hr shifts at clinic in Martinsville, I had to have my father drive today to the Mooresville location to put money in my account that I gave him to cover my car payment, “Manager” was very RUDE to him and she told him that was money laundering, and I needed to BUY a money order to deposit my own money, which we refused to do. We have never had nor have heard any other bank do this, it’s ridiculous. I called the Bloomington location and gentleman was very polite and actually informed me that I could use my debit card and pin at ATM to deposit it there, unlike the Mooresville location. Please don’t waste your time with the Mooresville location!!

This branch has gone downhill since their longtime manager and a lot of the tenured bankers and tellers left. There's a major difference between now and this time last year. Some of the tellers are friendly and efficient, and you'll be in and out in a timely manner. Most of them are rude and make careless mistakes even if you write down a detailed list of everything you need in a transaction and hand it to them. They'll either access the wrong account or leave something out on every other visit, which leads to you wasting your time while someone investigates the transaction. Let's hope they get their problems worked out.

Worst customer service. Came in on Monday to open up a business account and they told me the banker is booked up so I scheduled an appointment for the next day at 2pm. showed up on time but waited for 35 mins the banker took another clients instead. I will never go back to this branch.

This bank will not release my late husband’s checking account! My late passed on December 19, 2021 I am his widow, I was told I could have it closed out on February 14, go to the bank, nope, claim they need a letter from social security to release his last deposit. I have made so many calls back and forth. Social Security says they do not do letters. Chase claims they need the letter? Attorney time. Hate this bank

Employees usually rude to me and I'm assuming that's because I have a business account and it's not a normal account.There's only one business rep and you may wait hours to talk to him.ATM's seem to be always broke.There's so much more I can't think of but I think k today was the final straw. ATM deposited incorrect amount and over charged my customer. They won't even answer the phone for me to fix this the same day before its an issue. Like everyone else, I swear this is the worst chase I have been to.Update, issue was finally corrected a month ago. Customer had it fixed next day. Branch manager has never even called to ask what happened. When I get time they won't have any of my money anymore.

would rather drive an hour away then come here just disrespectful and they tell you to come in at a specific time and make you wait days then you come in at that time and they say they are all booked an have to wait 3 more days like yeah ok

People are so nice here but it's so frustrating that they never answer phone calls- ever. So if you call to ask a simple question you can never reach anyone. You are gonna have to make the drive and ask in person or call the Plainfield branch.
