I have been taking the same prescription for the last 10 years. I have been to doctors, specialist, and in and out of the hospital. I’ve even had to go to pain management groups. I have never been treated so poorly, disrespected, and treated with lack of empathy in my life. The pharmacist at the CVS Are monsters. If they wanted to be a doctor, they should have gone to medical school. They are liars, I read CVS’s policy about paying for my own prescriptions out-of-pocket, And I was also told that they would not fill my prescription because they are not allowed to accept out-of-pocket payments. I know I’m not the only person that has complained about your staff in our community. Shame on you CVS for hiring such poor employees.

Pharmacy is well staffed and responsive! The minute clinic is really fast and offers personalized care. Cannot recommend this CVS location enough!

This place has gone down hill faster than an Olympic skier. Switching to Walgreens ASAP. Went twice today first time they were shut down for lunch then go back wait in drive thru for 20 minutes for them to tell me they can't get into the system to check my refill?? Worthless

Billed over $300 for my minute clinic visit just for them to tell me something I could have found online and prescribe me a medication that I’m severely allergic to, which could have been avoided if they had simply asked or checked my medical records. But due to their lack of communication, I did not find out until I went to my pharmacy. Then, I tried to call them to fix it and was put on hold for a very long time just for them not to answer. I am very disappointed with my visit and would not recommend that clinic to a single soul.

When you order photos online don't expect to get what you're paying for. The photos always turn out like crap 90% of the time they'll try to blame you but when I did it myself it turned out all right. I do not recommend ordering online and make sure you look at your photos

This is the absolute worst place in MOORESVILLE. My insurance dictates that I go here otherwise I would never go to this place. Pharmacy is horrendous!!

The ladies working the pharmacy on 11/12/2024 were rude. My 2 year old just got out of the hospital and I drove 30 minutes to this location for an antibiotic. Already stressed and upset and them treating me badly didn’t help. Be kind! You have no idea what people are going through. They acted like it was an inconvenience because they had to transfer the prescription from another location. Then the lady told me “having the right birthday helps. You don’t know your kids birthday?”. Because I said my daughter’s DOB wrong the first time.

If I could give it less I would. They let some random person call and switch my prescription to somewhere in Missouri. Don’t know a single person from the state haha. When I came to get it, they realized what happened and said they would take care of it and i would be getting a call in the next few days that it’s ready. Fast forwards 5 days. I get a call that it’s ready. Go in and they act like I’m stupid and blame it on me for their error as well as telling me I will have to deal with it on my own. Only after speaking to the manager did they offer to help. (Side note, the only helpful person was this manager. So thank you for that) all this and not to mention every time I come it’s a 40 mins wait just to pick up your meds. Please don’t come here, save yourself the hassle.

What’s the use of getting on the website and putting in a time to come get a vaccine if you get there and your rudely told by the none other than the pharmacist that it’ll be at least 30 minutes.

I received a notification 2 days ago saying my son's prescription was ready for pick up. When I went there today (first opportunity due do my schedule) I was informed that it's still in processing and was told this is because they are short staffed and it needs to be reviewed.
Sorry but no, if your system says it's ready, I should be able to pick up the medication, additionally CVS is a large enough company that they can afford to hire more pharmacy technicians.
