This shop is very dishonest told me it was $109 to diagnose a sound I was hearing
Then proceeded to pull my transmission and tell me I needed a new motor, which was incorrect as I had a dealership look at it and all the truck needed was a new flex plate
As well as this shop charged an additional $1,600 for transmission Removal and repair that they didn’t do
Will never do business with this company again
I don’t recommend anyone else do either

My mother took her car here, they charged almost $150 for an alignment and wrote on the paper “seized” on the passenger rear which was still in the red. but nobody had called and let her know and when she picked the vehicle up nothing was said about it he slid her the keys and receipt and said “youre all good to go” later we had gone back and she had asked about why that was written on the paper and he told her the bolts were stripped and they wouldve had to replace them to align the rear, and he “assumed you didnt want to spend anymore money” me being in the service industry myself it was not okay for them to still charge her the full price for an alignment when they didnt even fully complete the service, nothing was said to her she would have left thinking her car was aligned when the rear is still out of alignment. the guy just seemed annoyed and like he wanted to just get her out of there and that is not good customer service! she shouldve been called and notified that they werent fully able to complete the service for her or offer to fix it and at least give her a price. you should never assume it doesnt hurt anything to ask and communication with your customers and their vehicle is the very most important thing. so just make sure you ask for a breakdown of everything that is done on your vehicle here make them do their job and explain every service that was completed.

Wow! We are traveling to an out of state wedding from Ohio to Missouri. Our car axle for transmission broke and we thought we were going to miss the wedding. They got us in right away and showed us what the problem was and that they could fix it now! Thanks to them we will see family in time for dinner!!!!! FANTASTIC!!!! THE BEST!!!!!! Thank you so much! So helpful. Wonderful!!!
