I’ve found the office staff to be very helpful! My physical therapist is Trisha and she has helped me get relief from pain due to a car accident I was in a few weeks ago! Highly recommend!

I am very upset \\u0026 disappointed here. Especially when they were having an issue with my insurance and I was not notified. I didn’t receive a bill until a YEAR later. When I received my bill if it was coded differently my insurance would’ve paid 80% more and again I was not notified even after they heard back from insurance. I received a bill over $1,000. I’ve called so many times and wanted to speak to someone and nobody has gotten back to me and it’s been months. When I spoke with the billing department the lady was ABSOLUTELY RUDE. I will never come here again. I am very disappointed in their patient care.

I am doing pool therapy right now for lower lumbar back pain. My therapist and the pool specialist are both extremely nice and helpful.
