Luke & Anna are kind enough to make you feel welcome no matter what your background or fitness level, but competent and encouraging enough to help you push yourself out of your comfort zone and on to the next goal.
I’m also encouraged but the amount of people that have been with them for several years and are still excited to be growing and changing together.”
