“A great family atmosphere, hosted and cultivated by a couple that you can tell have your best interests at heart. Luke & Anna are kind enough to make you feel welcome no matter what your background or fitness level, but competent and encouraging enough to help you push yourself out of your comfort zone and on to the next goal.
I’m also encouraged but the amount of people that have been with them for several years and are still excited to be growing and changing together.”

“I have gone here for many years. I took a break during 2020/2021 at the height of COVID. There is a wide variety of weight equipment as well as treadmills, stairclimbers, bike machines, etc. I pay a very reasonable monthly fee and appreciate that they offer childcare. Sometimes that’s the only way I workout-by bringing my kids to their childcare and getting in 45 minutes or an hour uninterrupted. They also offer personal trainers and have a PT on-site. If you’re into tanning, there are options for that too.”
