I rented a couple of units several years back and although the office staff was very friendly, this facility was severely lacking in upkeep. Most of the security lights around the facility were burned out for quite some time (I even went to the office several times to let them know, but they never were fixed) and the "locked" entrance gate requiring a key code was always open/not working. They also had several security cameras around the facility that were not operative as well. I finally ended the rental of my unit when someone had cut the lock off and broken into it and stole several items. Although I understand Lock Box is not directly liable for theft, the lack of upkeep of the facility in the forms of inoperative lighting, malfunctioning front security gate, as well as inoperative security cameras shows huge negligence on Lock Box's part. Don't rent here if you value your stored belongings!
