The young lady that helped me,Brandy I believe is her name,She was So helpful,patient,and compassionate,When I had a problem at the kiosk I was able to reach her on her personal phone at 10p.m.And she gave me options and I appreciate her great customer service. It is refreshing to know there are people in existence in customer service that are respectful and Kind!

PLEASE READ! My storage unit was broken into, the lock was smashed and door left open. They do a “weekly walk around “ but never noticed my door wide open to call to go over cameras , instead they waited for me to come check my storage unit then took 2 weeks to go over cameras just to call and tell me it had to of happened in between the times I was there and when the cameras stop saving the record. But I’m sure if they would have hustled and watched the videos within the first couple days I might have a idea on who took almost everything valuable from my storage unit. I asked her if she did her weekly walk arounds and she kept telling me yes yet never seen my garage door half way open instead kept telling me the door lock didn’t seem to be damaged, to me if you have anything worth value take it somewhere else, if you have things you want taken from you because don’t have anywhere else to take it this is the best place for that.

I went there to get something from my unit. It always looks well taken care off. The new microbrewery on the property seems popular, but I'm not into that.

I recently bought an auctioned storage unit from here. Called the day I won the auction (Sunday) and never received a call back. Called back Monday afternoon 3 times and finally received a call. Paid for my unit and cleaned it out. Called for the last time to get my deposit back. No response for an hour then was told they would be here in 15 min. It’s now an hour later and no one here and no response from phone of text. This place is terrible customer service wise clearly based on the past reviews. Stay away.

Don’t come here. Code wouldn’t open the gate. Tried calling the number online, no response.Tried calling the “after hours emergency number” at 10:00 am on a Saturday and no response. Was sent straight to voicemail. No point in having this number when you’re not even going to try and answer it. I was suppose to move in today, paid for a U-Haul, just to not get into my storage facility. Just go somewhere else! This place is terrible.

Changed my rental rate after being a good customer for 6 months. Upon leaving charged me a full months rent 7 days into the month. Prorated the first month but won't the last month. Store your items elsewhere.
