The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had no wait and they were churning and burning customers back out as fast as the customers were walking in the door. They were helpful to inform and walk me through the Amazon self-service kiosk for future returns, but still happy to help me at the counter.

I really like having the UPS store available not far from me. There is hardly any waiting and they get you taken care of as quickly as possible. So helpful if I don't understand something. I had a return today and as soon as I walked in James greeted me and scanned my items and gave me my receipt. Very nice person!

This review is not about the staff. They have always be helpful and fine to interact with. My issue is the disparity of the cost of shipping. I recently had to return an item to a company I purchased. My cost to return the item was $87.31. The companies cost to ship it to me was $19.99. I do not understand why as a consumer my cost is more than 4 times that of the company for the exact same item.

Editing because the store manager is very nice and helpful and was able to fix the issue, which seemed to have either been an uploading error on my part or the system duplicated the order and reset it to original settings. Either way, he was very helpful and offered to fix the order for free.Hands-down, the rudest customer service you will find anywhere from Casey. Have absolutely never been treated by an employee the way I was there today. Would not recommend at all. I will drive 15 miles before ever printing something there again.Refused to print the order properly even though I have a receipt stating clearly what I ordered.

I’ve been going to this UPS store (Mooresville, IN) for many years now, sometimes a couple of times a week, and it is been such an stress-free, quick paced (they take care of your needs and let you get on with your day) and friendly business. There has been a couple of young men working there from the first time that I went, I’m not out going at all so I’ve never asked them their names but they are great and always very helpful.I will highly recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

Casey provided excellent customer service and answered all of my questions today regarding shipping. He’s always very thorough and thoughtful with customers when I’m in the store. UPS is lucky to have Casey as an employee.

Did not adjust the size of the document to the print size. Did not ask how many copies or what paper I wanted it on before printing. Had to pay to have it done twice. Wanted me to pay prior to printing. We are talking 2 pages on cardstock $1.59. I told them I'd like theyto see them before paying this time. So they told me they were out of card stock. Then told me they couldn't get it to print a second time that the internet was having issues and then said I'd have to wait 10 minutes for them to look at it to print it and then told me I'd have to come back to pick them up tomorrow.

Never had an issue here until today. Someone who works at this location was having what I believe to be #roidrage in my opinion, and/or was having a bad day, or just wanted to be a j*** for no reason. I nearly had to call the police to get my packages with important medical supplies for my son from the back room. Reporting the incident to the UPS Store customer experience hotline and ceasing all business with this location. P.S. Mr. "C" (for confidentiality), you're packing on some muscle, and I always thought you were a cool person, but you better watch your temper on your "on" days (if in fact that is what is going on).

I had been a regular for printing architectural drawings for a few years at this store. I went in one day to pick up some prints and was speaking with the young lady at the counter and enquired about the guy who usually did it because I had asked for them to be bound and they were not. I was going to ask if he would bind them while I waited. The employee in question stormed out of the back room and very angrily told me he had never seen me befor and that it pissed him off that people were always talking behind his back and stormed out.I had done business with him 30-40 times. The guy is obviously a paranoid, without a memory. I have seen him be rude to other customers. Tall, skinny, light brown hair and beard. As I left he and the manager were out back smoking so I couldn't resolve it then. I called the manager who seems to be a buddy of this guy and he promised to have the owner contact me, never happened.The short explanation is that it is run by the equivalent of teenagers with an owner who doesn't care and a manager who will cover for his buddies.

The UPS Store provides the easiest Amazon package return service ever. Just let them scan the QR code on your phone, and they do all the rest for you. Fast, friendly, and no-hassle experience. This is why I keep coming back.
