My card was hacked a second time. The first time was over two weeks ag o. My identity was stolen. My DL number. Social security number. Mother’s maiden name. Then the last time was 9 days later. I bank at the Morgantown Indiana branch. . Right away one teller was condescending. Telling me I needed to not order things online with my debit card. And was I sure I didn’t use it to buy points on a gaming site. I don’t. She was not friendly and was letting on like i was doing it for attention. I’ve had a lot going on. The last three weeks have been awful. I dont want this kind of attention. Bottom line is customer service is where it’s at. You treat all customers the same. Regardless their sex or the money in their pocket. Don’t judge when they walk in the door like it’s your job It’s not. You might be having a bad day. But you have no idea what your customer has been thru. There are so many choices in banks. There are dozens. You might not like someone but it’s not your place to show it.
