1st and foremost Family and friends I have sent you to a place that only cares when it benefits them. To start 1000 miles had to have a new transmission Not only did they have me thinking they are going to take care of it they used my extended warranty to pay for it.. 3yrs 4 months my engine just stops. My heart was broken not only my favorite car bit it was the last thing Doug got me before he passed away. So the extended warranty expired 4 months so no engine. I drive about 6 miles a day (total of about 6000 in 3 yrs 4 months) to take the grandsons to school. Now i have a very beautiful yard ortiment. Now Travis was kind of nice in the beginning but that quickly went away.

Do not buy a car from this place! Super nice when you are making your purchase and everything is signed. They had me come pick up my car sign all paper work and had me thinking everything was good to go, that was not the case at all. I drove the car approximately a week when I get a phone call stating that the bank decided they weren’t going to finance me. I was floored, I mean absolutely shocked and brought to tears. So since I didn’t have time to bring the vehicle back right away and was trying to locate another vehicle they start slamming me with rude and hateful text as well as voicemails. After the initial conversation things just kept getting worse and I was talked to like a dog from the owner whose name is Travis! I told them 2 days after the first call that I was not able to find someone to pick me up from the shop and kindly asked if they could possibly come pick it up due to me having trouble with a ride. Travis became very irritated and stated that he would be taking it out of my down payment which was fine but then proceeded to tell me that when they got the vehicle back it had to small dents that weren’t there at purchase. They were there!! I specifically remember thinking to myself when looking over the car that I hoped they didn’t begin chipping and rust. He straight up lied so that he could charge me the extra! That is so so wrong to do to someone that had just cried on the phone to him and explained to him that I was just having a hard time and if he could just be a little understanding that I would so greatly appreciate it. Travis took 300 out of my down payment which I needed to put down on another car after I cried onto the phone to him explaining that I needed as much money back for a car so that my child could be taken to his doctor appointments for Autism. I’m actually probably better off without that car due to the check engine light coming on the day after driving it off the lot and the ac buttons not working properly, I was definitely already having some concerns. You all have been warned. In my opinion they have no business having someone pick up a car sign papers drive it for a week until everything is finalized. 0 compassion as well as extreme greed! Very poorly ran business!

Ive wanted a specific car for decades. Carson & Travis made it happen for me! Carson was patient & did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the car without pushing me into a deal. Travis couldn't have made the paperwork any easier. The combination of everyone at the dealership made the experience worth a 3 hour drive. Thank you all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I shopped the entire tri-state looking for a good pre-owned truck, not a used(up) truck. Just happened to drive by ACT. They had several very nice units on the lot. Salesman Bart Steen greeted us immediately and showed us 3 trucks. He was NOT a high pressure salesperson!!!
After making our choice we drove the vehicle and wow, it was nice. Upon inspection I found out they had just gotten the unit in and it hadn't even been detailed yet, it was that clean! After beating Bart up in negotiations, we agreed to terms. I have to say I'm a retired service department manager with over 35 years in the car business, and this was by far the easiest car deal I have EVER been part of!
Purchased a very nice Chevy Silverado with 3yr unlimited mileage service contract for a cash price below KBB price guide!!!

Overfilled my oil tank and charged me for it.“Lost” the spare keys.“Couldn’t” give me a discount on things wrong with the car and didn’t tell me what was wrong with it till I told them what was wrong.Dealt with a no skills salesman but ultimately my fault for going to this dealership, after a lengthy search for a car, they just happened to get my “it’s not worth it” attitude and I dealt with it.

They were super nice in the beginning and very helpful, but 2 weeks later when our car stopped running we found out that service ends and the warranty they sell you is worthless. The warranty was written 20 years ago and has never been updated to today's standards of service. What they tell you about the warranty is not true. We paid cash for the car and warranty. And in the month of owning it have only driven it for 2 weeks. We had to pay $345 to get it running again and going to have to pay another $550 to get the heat and air working.

I bought a vehicle from them 15 months ago. It was pretty much the only vehicle that I qualified for According to them. I wondered why every car I drove hardly had any gas but the car they sold me had almost a full tank!! Yay right?? Nope anytime you put gas in it it would not start. The mechanic said I have no idea how you have been driving this vehicle. They got me. What's sad is I truly thought they were caring people. Boy was I wrong. I was just money and to get a junk car off their lot. Stay away!!
