Grade A number one service in the Mount Vernon Indiana area!
I had a TPMS indicating low pressure in one of my tires. I stopped by KB AUTO shop unannounced, and spoke to a very professional man named Bobbie. I told him my situation and they were able to work me in, which really saved the day for me! I was working a 12-hour night shift and live locally. They carried me home to my house, I got my shower and sleep and they came back and picked me up later in the day when my truck was ready. KB Auto are my heroes! Thanks again for the Grade A number one service in the Mount Vernon Indiana area!

Very impressed to say the least. I had been to 2 different places to try to get the A/C fixed in my Ford Fusion. One place told me I needed a compressor. The Ford Auto Department said "that it could not be fixed"! I found out about K B Auto Works from a patient where I work, and guess what??? K B Auto Works fixed it! Great service, knowledge and very reasonable! Thank you K B Auto Works for fixing my car. Guess where I'm going in the future for all my Auto needs??? ?

I want to give a BIG SHOUT out to K&B auto repair in Mt. Vernon, Ind.
I took my pickup down there because my son said it would need rotors, and brakes pads on Front and back and something else. And estimate on just the front I believe was around $600. Well I told them to do the back ones too. I expected a bill of no less than $1300.00.
I took it in Wednesday morning and got a call around lunchtime today (Thursday) that it was ready. So I rode my bike downthere 16 blocks (because I wanted too). I was prepared to pay $1300 to $1600.(my estimate) they never said that.
They fixed what was wrong and did not fix anything that did not need fixing.
I WAS IN SHOCK when he told me the amount I owed. $217.70.
You talk about honest and caring persons, He and his workers are at the top of the list.
The mechanic even, loaded my bike up in the truck bed for me so I could get it home.
GOD BLESS THEM GREATLY!!!
Is one happy ? and blessed old woman.
YOU CAN JUST BET ON IT, I WILL USE THEM AGAIN

K B Auto Works did an excellent job on my Acadia They diagnosed my problem with my car and coordinated with my Insurance company. To get it fixed . They ordered the parts and got them installed . They did a great job. So happy to have my car back. Thanks guys. I would definitely recommend K B Auto Works and would go back to them in the future .
