Shout out to employee, Travis, at the Muncie Indiana McGalliard store location. I went to the store to have my wiper blades replaced under the extended warranty. He had not done that type of transaction before. His persistence was admirable and he even installed the new blades for me. Great example of good customer service.

I came in because I had purchased windshield wipers and one of them was broken. I’m a college student and have no idea about how to fix cars. Michelle was so kind and came out to look just to make sure. She fixed the issue in 5 minutes and was so happy to do so! Such an amazing experience. Thank you!
