I give the staff 5 STARS..The staff were all very nice, took time to explain & answer my questions. They were very professional & personable. The problem I have shouldn’t reflect on them. When I was told because I have Medicaid HIP insurance, it would cost me over $800 to have my dentures aligned & fitted, I was shocked…. 5 years ago I paid $6,000 - $7,000 for my dentures. I didn’t have insurance, but was able to save enough money to get the best dentures with a 7 year warranty & 2 sets of dentures the 1st were the ones I was fitted with the day my teeth were extracted. I wore those 6 months getting fitted as the swelling went down they fit perfectly. Then I was fitted for the better dentures. I have went back twice to have the bottom plate repaired because it broke in half. I did have to wait a week or so to get appt. I figured I would just use my other set until appt time. For some reason they had totally removed the filler used to fit the set I had worn that 1st 6 months, so not only did they not fit they were painful to wear. I bought a realign kit so that I could use those to eat until my appt for repair. For the amount of money I paid I expected it would be part of the warranty to align my dentures. Now I will have to live with them the way they are.

I visited their clinic with the understanding that the service I needed would be provided free of charge. However, to my dismay, I received a bill after the appointment.Not only was I misled about the cost, but I also felt immense pressure from the staff to undergo additional dental work that I did not require. It was evident that they were more interested in making a profit than providing genuine care for their patients.Feeling unsure about their recommendations, I decided to seek a second opinion from another dentist. To my relief, the second dentist confirmed that the procedures suggested by Aspen Dental were unnecessary and could have resulted in unnecessary expenses and discomfort.The overall experience at Aspen Dental felt like a blatant attempt to exploit patients for financial gain. I strongly caution anyone considering their services to be wary of their promises and recommendations. It is essential to seek multiple opinions and thoroughly research any dental provider before making decisions about your oral health.I hope my review serves as a warning to others and prompts Aspen Dental to reconsider their practices, putting the well-being of their patients ahead of profits.

Staff was friendly but doc was kinda rough when he examined my mouth and their computer systems are always messing up! Plus they don’t take Medicaid insurance. even with work insurance you’re still paying a pretty penny out of pocket for almost any procedure!

This is a very good Dental office and and was very efficient with scheduling a Check up and starting process of replacement dentures. Pleasant employees and very respectful.

I had a fantastic experience at Aspen Dental! They promptly scheduled my appointment, took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, and provided excellent care during my tooth extraction. Despite me being anxious because I have never had anything other than basic cleanings many years ago, I had a very positive experience. They treated me with respect and understanding with absolutely no judgement. They created a comfortable environment. I highly recommend their services.

I had visited an Aspen in Richmond IN and had a horrible experience. After sharing my experience with a relative, she suggested the Muncie location. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Everyone from reception (Sheena), the hygienist and the dentist are friendly, welcoming and gentle. Highly recommend this location

Dr was pleasant and knowledgeable, but didn't talk to me about possible fillings. I knew about most of the issues when I booked the appointment. What I didn't expect was the astronomical estimate for recommended work. That will have to wait.
