I was truly blessed to have Patrick assist me with my phone today. He repaired my phone within 5 minutes. Then, he informed me that I was eligible for an upgrade. I love AT&T staff because they do not try and sell you anything, unless you’re interested. They truly care about their customers. I’ve been with them for over 10 years … couldn’t be happier with their service

Alissa was super helpful! My phone was having issues that the tech support agents were struggling to get fixed. Although she couldn't fix the problem completely, she checked each morning on the issue and did everything she could improve the situation. I am very appreciative of the time she gave to my concerns.
