I was having car trouble and this location really went OUT OF THEIR WAY to try to help. I was blown away by their customer service and the young woman who approved the assistance along with Chris. Chris helped me figure out I needed a battery and even installed it for me. I can't tell you how wonderful it feels to know there are still people in this world who really do care enough to help others in need. My car started right up. Thanks again for going above and beyond!

Thanks to the two amazing gentlemen who assisted me this evening. Not only did they listen to me, they also laughed at my terrible jokes. They helped me replace all my windshield wiper blades and were incredibly kind. I really appreciated it.

I went there this morning I needed head lites for my car, there were 2 people who actually help me so much ,1 was lady the other 1 was gentleman who both help me ,they put them in for me as I'm 60 + year's old,when I went to pull the hood release it broke off, so the lady that was helping put head lites in ,suggested I put some vise grips on it ,so I went back inside bought some vise grips,,she put it on for me 2 ,so I'm able to still open my hood when I need to. Oh how I wish I could remember there name's they were so good 2 me,,,help me so very much..so I hope they see this post ,and know how thankful I am for them ,,it was around 9am this morning, at the auto zone on Madison St in Muncie Indiana,,,great service ,fantastic help from 2 employees..

I have been a customer at AutoZone for over 10 years nationwide and the Entire staff at this location has absolutely phenomenal customer service. They are very friendly, kind and go above and beyond. I had a really challenging morning and I left with a smile. Great Management and Staff!
