Needed battery for SUV, cheapest at $259.00, but told by manager too much trouble to install. I'm only customer in store in mid week afternoon. Went to Battery Master, comparable battery, $169.00, same warranty and CAA. Free installation, done in 10 minutes.

My check engine light came on this morning and a quick call to this location confirmed that they could hook it up to their diagnostic tool. I was there less than 5 minutes and he was able to let me know what the issue was, printed out information about the problem, and even gave me pricing should I decide to purchase the parts from them. Very fast and professional service... Highly recommend them.

I only came to the store to get my battery tested BUT auto zone and battery masters was telling me opposite things of each other! They didn't really inform me of what the test results meant or any info on why or how or what lol I won't go back to this one in particular but I do normally have a good experience with them. Not this time!
