The customer service from their store manager Robin is nothing short of abysmal. Take the time to drive to another store I have family in Indy and Fort Wayne so visiting any store is no problem for me to get my issue fairly and KINDLY resolved. And THEN take the time to call customer service and complain about your issue.We as customers can't have managers out here treating people like public enemy number one over sprays that are trying to be returned1. Yes after 90 days but not wanting cash2. After being sprayed one time to test the scent after being bought online and3. Trying to charge 44.00 with a straight face because "the prices have gone up so much and their register doesn't let them charge the difference" .... LOL WHAT!?4. Using customers as the example in front of the customer for employee training as if I'm some scamming criminal lol Yeah no.I went to a different store and regardless of the policy and if I'm wrong I believe I was compensated because of the absolute absurdity and insult of the entire situation. And I'm very grateful to the manager that did.I then called customer service and was again compensated by no request of my own! Out of absolute sheer kindness.So. I guess in her valiant attempts not to cost bath and body money her attitude and way of handling us is in fact COSTING BATH AND BODY MONEY.One last thing, let's not forget to mention bath and body in Muncies mall is dying. Can it really afford to be losing us as shoppers before they're one of the first pulled??? Because I'm taking the drive anywhere but there for good quality friendly respectable customer service. I'm not the type of person who wants something I don't deserve. But I do demand respect when I'm spending my money on luxury items I don't truly need.I was told the district managers name is Lyndsay if anyone out there runs across anymore issues with her. Thank you to the managers and customer service reps who took such great care of me. I am so grateful!

I was in this store today and went shopping and needed assistance, the staff was amazing at helping me with all my needs. I also had trouble using my card and they had to call the manager over and she was also very helpful and went above and beyond at making sure my coupons worked and registering my app. Robin and her staff are amazing in such a store desert of the Muncie mall!!

I just had to go into the Muncie store due to my delivered candles from my online order being broken. Briana was the sweet gal that greeted me and tried to assist with me with it but Robin the store manager went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get my candles replaced. 10/10 recommend go see these sweet girls with the best customer service!!!!

Though Muncie Mall has very few stores open for business, Bath and Body Works seems to be still thriving! Walked in and greated by multiple associates, per usual. I wanted a specific scent in a candle that they didn't have, Robin helped me find a similar scent that I actually liked even better! Everyone is so friendly and upbeat. I will definitely return and continue to shop here!
