Muncie Mall is Northeast Indiana’s premier shopping destination, home to retail, dining, and entertainment options. It hosts numerous events and activities throughout the year. However, many find it has changed a lot and is not the same as years ago, describing it as quiet, empty, and like a ghost town. Several stores have left. While store choices are alright, there are not a lot of businesses open and some are too expensive. A highlight is the bookstore with a coffee shop, noted for its great, friendly staff. The mall remains a place to meet some great people.

I so wish there were more stores here. The day we came half the stores weren't open either.

It's a never crowded and still hanging on may not be stores that you're looking for. Someone needs to update their sign up front on what's actually there.
