My daughter was moving into Ball State and we stayed here for a night. Great breakfast, clean room and very quiet. Conveniently close to campus and restaurants.

Went to freshman orientation at Ballstate it was definitely convenient to campus .room are a bit small, but our updated pool looked amazing but we didn't get to use it didn't get to try the breakfast either

Hotel was clean and well kept. Room was immaculate and bathroom was spotless. Only giving 4 stars because the mattress was worn and uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on the mattress my parents had for over 20 years and was worn down to the springs.
